Here is a LO with some Basic Gray - Max & Wiskers - I bought when I was down in Orlando. I followed Lori's advice and tried my hand at accordian flowers. I like the way they looked but I had a hard time making them stick to the paper with their shape intact...
Embellishments and alphas came from previous Mosh Posh kits.

First the subject matter of the layout - precious. Second, nice job on those flowers. And I had the same thought when I first saw them, with all the "open" space, how do you get them to stick? I thought of a nice glue dot, that would hold the center and all the folds, and then follow with a tape runner around the outer edges. Looks great!
I tried glue dot and even extreme adhesive squares - neither worked. I ended up using liquid glue... and a lot of it.
