"Boat"day card

This week is card week over at Sketches: Creatively Yours. Ann has a great sketch and here is my card:
I used October Afternoon - Seaside - paper, shape sticker and wild cards from an Apron Strings blue-plate special. I glued the sticker on a piece of cardstock so I could pop it up with foam adhesive. American Craft cardstock, SRM birthday sticker and unknown buttons. Adhesive by GlueArts (High Tac and foam) and Glue Dots (for the buttons). And here is the S:CY card1 sketch:
As you can see I rotated the sketch 90 degrees clockwise and used a smaller image to show off the background cards, which I placed at an angle. I also added the sentiment to the image, so I placed buttons where the sentiment is shown on the sketch.

I'm looking forward to seeing your interpretation! I hope you can join us! Also, check out the S:CY Facebook Page!

Thanks for stopping by!

What an absolutely darling card! And I spy a little SRM sticker on there, too! :-)
