This is my take:
American Crafts - Heat Wave - paper from the Apron Strings August'10 small kit. Balloon eyelet from from Eyelet Outlet & Brads. SEI Happy Day glittered paper, SRM birthday sticker, ribbon and cupcake paperclip from my stash. The little mouse image is a sticker leftover from one of the baby scrapbooks I bought years back.
