Here in Florida summer lasts forever - except we do get a fall-like week sometime in October. This week is it - temperatures are in the 70s during the day and 50s at night. It's gorgeous outside and I'm getting the Florida version of "spring fever" after all those months avoiding the heat outside. How can anyone work cooped up inside in this gorgeous weather? I know it only lasts a week, then the temperatures hike up again until Thanksgiving!
I'm still scrapping last year's summer pictures, and the following pictures were sitting on my craft table for almost a week before I figured what to do with them. Then finally, all of a sudden, this came out - and I think it is one of my favorite pages!
I used My Mind's Eye - Alphabet Soup - papers from the Mosh Posh September'10 kit. American Craft sand cardstock from the September add-on, Thickers from the March'10 kit and Lily Bee chipboard buttons from the May'10 kit. Black cardstock and Daisyd's rub-on stitches runner from my stash.
OK, time to get back to work...
