Science birthday card

This is the birthday card I made for my boss. Same papers as last year, but quite different.

Jillibean Atomic Soup papers, sticker border and ribbon. Other: SU! Cardstock, Ranger Stickles.

It took a while to cut out all those test tubes, but I really like how the card turned out.

Card set

Dada has been out of town with our camera so I had to take pictures with the old one. But apparently our "newer"computers don't recognize obsolete equipment, so I had to dig out my old laptop to rescue the pictures. So much can change in 10 years... and it still seems like yesterday.

I'm done being philosophical on this blog (you can check out my other blog for that kind of stuff).

March 2012 kit: Jillibean corrugated buttons and frames. November 2011 kit: Jillibean soup label sentiment, card base, and Maya Road ruffle trim. Other: Jillibean butterfly pin, Colorbox dark brown chalk ink, VersaMagic cloud white chalk ink and unknown yarn.

 Other: Studio Calico wood veneer houses, SU! crumb cake ink, unknown trim.

I think this will make a cute gift set. I also made a scrapbook page with the rest of the November '11 kit, but I forgot to take the picture before going through the ordeal of getting the pictures off the camera. I'll post it after Dada gets back.

I still love decorating Talenti's gelato containers :)

I used Jillibean Soup paper (Chicken Noodle), die cuts (Coconut Lime) and epoxy buttons. Other: Maya Road Canvas butterflies, sequins and hemp trim.
