Super Friends

It's been a while since I worked off a sketch. The layout below is inspired by a sketch posted on the Jillibean Soup blog.

I used Jillibean Alphabet Soup 2 papers, stickers, and other embellishments from the collection, along with my favorite paper from the Pasta Fagioli collection, and alphabet and stickers from Game Day Chili. Other: Wink of Stella glitter pen (on some of the stickers) and unknown black card stock.

At the beach

I've been scrapbooking more now that we moved my crafts desk to our bedroom while we renovate the downstairs. While Dada reads aloud to the boys, I work on my pages. Here are some beach photos from 2011.

Teacher thank you cards

Last month, I made these cards for teacher appreciation week. I glued a gift card inside and stapled the cards to little bags of truffles.

I used patterned paper from Jillibean Alphabet Soup 2  collection and assorted 3" x 5" cards folded in half.

Kindergarten feels like a long time ago as the older one just moved into double digits...

Another baby album

Most of my fall craft time was spent on a baby album for my second nephew, similar to the one I made for his brother. These are fun to make, but time-consuming. And a bit of a challenge without having the photos for inspiration and color-coordination.

Forgotten cards

Happy New Year!
